At Casey Casey, we strive for complete satisfaction with our artisanal garments; if you are not entirely pleased, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the garment is folded carefully to maintain its unique texture, and include the printed return form inside.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return to confirm its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
